We stand behind every Copper Rescue® we sell and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you feel you're using the Copper Rescue® correctly and not benefiting from it within 100 days, you may return it in its original condition, within 100 days, for a full refund or exchange. The return shipping is the customers responsibility.
We gladly accept returns the merchandise according to the terms described below:
- Returns are offered within a 100-day window of the order being placed
- We ask that you return the product and pay the return shipping cost.

Make sure to obtain a tracking number of your return package to show it has reached our facility so that the refund can be completed. You will be responsible for products that are lost or damaged by shipping carrier. You will need to contact the shipping carrier to file claim on any shipping related issues
Please follow the instructions below on how the merchandise should be returned, including to avoid any issues with Customs.
1. Contact us at info@copperrescue.com , with your order number and to advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
2. We would appreciate any feedback on your experience with the product
3. Within two business day of your email, we will email you exact Instructions on how it should be returned. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
When Copper Rescue® receives your returned merchandise

Your return will be processed within one business week of receipt date.
- When we receive merchandise, we carefully inspect all returned products.

Refunds are granted based on the condition of the returned items.
- If returned products are approved:
a refund amount will be credited to your original form of payment within 48 hours of approval. Due to varying payment methods and bank processing, some refunds may take up to 15 business days to process by your bank to your original payment method.
If refunds cannot be returned to original payment method, a check will be mailed to your address on file.

If returned products are not approved because they fail to meet the return requirement described in this policy: We will inform you of non-approval of your return. Your products will be kept in our warehouse, and you will be responsible for making shipping arrangements and incurring any cost associated in shipping your merchandise back to your location. If you fail to arrange shipping after 15 business days, you may incur storage fees. Please note that Copper Rescue® cannot refund you for perceived product value nor assume responsibility for shipment or disposal of your returned merchandise.
