We stand behind every Copper Rescue® product with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not benefiting from proper use within 100 days, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• Email info@copperrescue.com with your order number to start the return process.
• We'll send return instructions within two business days.
• Ship the product back at your expense.
• Important: Keep your tracking number as proof of delivery.

After We Receive Your Return

• We'll process your return within one business week.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 72 hours minus any shipping costs incurred.
• Bank processing may take up to 15 business days to complete.
• If we can't refund to your original payment method, we'll mail a check.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be made within 100 days of purchase.
• Products must be in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Customer is responsible for any shipping damage (file claims with carrier).
